Partners within Chameleon Collective, are not given that name because they have ownership in the company. Partners have proven to be essential members of our collective. They exemplify our cultural values, demonstrate consistent professional excellence, and represent us best with new Chameleons or clients.
Although many new Chameleons may have the experience to be Partners, we require that all Chameleons spend at least six months living and working within our unique business model and culture to ensure they truly love what we have built as much as we do and have the ability to meet our Partner level requirements.
