How do I edit a recurring invoice?

Due to the complex nature of recurring invoices, you must reach out to the billing team to make an edit. Please email billing@chameleon.co with the following details: 

  • Invoice number of the first recurring invoice created in the series
  • When the recurring invoice you would like to edit is being sent
  • What changes you would like to make

Depending on how complex the request is, the original recurring invoice series may have to be canceled and a new one created.
