To create a custom payout, go to Collective OS > Clients > Select the customer you want to create the payout for > Custom > Input the invoice number.

To create a custom payout, go to Collective OS > Clients > Select the customer you want to create the payout for > Custom > Input the invoice number. If you are unsure of the invoice number you can find this information in your payment history tab.
Select the Team member(s) you want to distribute to, the service type and the amount. The number in the upper right-hand corner displays the funds available for distribution.
When all the line items have been added you can click next and send the invoice.
Taking the time time to preview what is going out ensures accuracy for the client & Billing Team, please do so.
