How do I create a company in COS?
- To create a company in CollectOS, go to your My Clients tab, then go to Add Client. To make sure the client doesn't already exist in the system, use the search bar.
- If you don't find the client in the search bar, then you may hit Add New Company.
- Here, you can search the company name, then you'll want to upload the logo, and input a website.
- Additionally, you'll want to specify the industry, and the number of employees.
- Please note that you do not need to turn on Lead, Prospect, or Customer if you're just adding a company to the database. Only if they are a Lead / Prospect, or if they're becoming a Customer.
